Pole Dance Workshops
The art of Pole will be introduced gradually over the 5 weeks with spins, poses, lifts and moves being delivered at a pace that suits you. Floor-work and basic exotic dance moves will be introduced helping you to link your new pole skills together to create sensual, fluid and striking routines. All classes start with a full thorough warm up and stretch out and finish off with a relaxing cool down.
All levels are catered for from complete beginners through to super-advanced pole performance workshops.
Many people worry about size, age, height, weight and fitness levels. Don't worry, there are no restrictions to learning the art of pole, just come with an open mind and be prepared for a giggle!
Dress - anything you will feel comfortable in although shorts are advisable for grip on the pole and heels can be worn to give you those sexy extra few inches!
All workshops are delivered in a fully equipped private studios with a maximum of 16 students per group. Private lessons are available.
Prices start from £35.00 for a 5 week group workshop and £25.00 per hour private.
Burlesque workshops
Explore the sexy hidden goddess inside with these cheeky, fun and very sexy burlesque workshops. Be prepared to be a little naughty and of course have a lot of fun...!
Simple yet stunning routines will be taught to classes with numbers no higher than 10 incorporating props such as boas, hats, canes and chairs.
For the more daring upon request an advanced workshop is available to complement the starter workshops in which the true art of burlesque is taught - tease, tease and more tease... A beautiful burlesque routine will be delivered incorporating ostrich feather fans and introducing sexy striptease techniques.

Dress - anything you will feel comfortable in but dare to be sexy and sassy, heels are a must!

Podium / Freestyle Workshops
These workshops teach a range of styles and techniques combined to create the dance styles you see on TV, in clubs and on stage today. This workshop is designed to teach you funky, sexy and fun routines to classic dance, R'n'B, pop, disco and chart hits.
These workshops cater for both beginners and experienced dancers and are definate must try for people who like high impact energetic styles of dance and also will be found highly informative and useful for those considering a career in the podium / club dance scene.
Dress - Training / dance shoes and general training wear (shorts, jogging bottoms, vests and t-shirt etc. fine)
Prices start from £30.00 per person for a 5 week group workshop and £20.00 per hour private.
